1. Introduction

Welcome to Borneo777. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Borneo777 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://borneo777.cam (the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Definitions

• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's Account, comprising real-money funds and, where separately tracked, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive funds credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before account activation and/or withdrawal processing.
• "Platform" means the Borneo777 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications or services.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposited funds cleared through the payment process, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the aggregate betting turnover required before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or by the Company's operational policies.

3. Account Eligibility

In order to register and maintain an active Account on Borneo777, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
3. You are not a resident of, and are not physically located in, any Prohibited Territory at the time of accessing the Platform.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any such person employed by or associated with Borneo777 or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as a nominee, agent, or representative of any third party.
7. You have not previously been self-excluded from Borneo777 or had an Account closed for a breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through third parties, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify us promptly of any changes.

4.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our Customer Support team immediately. Borneo777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

4.2 Account Currency

Accounts for Malaysian players are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR unless an alternative currency arrangement has been expressly agreed upon in writing between the player and Borneo777. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

5. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

Borneo777 is committed to the prevention of fraud, money laundering, and the financing of illegal activities. In accordance with our compliance obligations, we operate a comprehensive Know Your Customer programme applicable to all Account holders.

You may be required at any time — including at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or during a periodic account review — to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of residential address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered e-wallet, bank account statement, or card front showing name).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits or withdrawal requests are of a significant value as determined by our compliance team.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities and may result in Account closure. Borneo777 will not be held liable for any delays in processing that arise from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

Borneo777 supports a range of payment methods for Malaysian players, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong, as well as cryptocurrency payments in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. Available methods are displayed at the time of deposit within your Account.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where technically feasible, less any associated processing fees.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method in the verified Account holder's name. You may not withdraw funds to a third-party account or to a payment method not previously used for deposits, except at the Company's sole discretion.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. For KYC-verified accounts, standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes for most supported local payment methods during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

Borneo777 reserves the right to apply processing fees to withdrawals in excess of a defined monthly threshold, or where the withdrawal pattern is inconsistent with normal gaming activity, as determined by our risk management team.

6.3 Chargebacks & Reversals

Any initiation of a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute through your payment provider in connection with a Borneo777 deposit constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Such action will result in immediate Account suspension and may give rise to legal action to recover the amounts reversed together with any associated costs.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Borneo777 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published at the time the offer is made available.

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any portion of the balance attributable to those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Default wagering requirements, where not otherwise specified, are 10x the bonus amount.
• Borneo777 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of system errors, or breach of bonus terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
• In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence for the scope of that promotion only.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game wagers placed through the Platform are subject to the applicable product-specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting market interface. In the event of a discrepancy, the platform's records of wager details shall be determinative.

Borneo777 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed in error, at incorrect odds due to a technical malfunction, or where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or match-fixing involvement by any party.

For live sports betting, Borneo777's decisions regarding the status of in-play events — including abandoned matches, suspended play, and technical interruptions — shall be made in accordance with our published Live Betting Rules and shall be final.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Operating multiple Accounts or assisting others in doing so.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, arbitrage betting aimed at eliminating risk, or coordinated play designed to circumvent the platform's risk controls.
• Facilitating, assisting, or participating in any form of money laundering activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Permitting a third party to use your Account credentials.
• Any conduct that Borneo777 reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair play.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Borneo777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The Account is being used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious activity.
• A player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the Account holder or an authorised third party on their behalf.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires account action.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard processing timescales and applicable verification requirements. Bonus Funds will not be returned in any circumstance.

11. Responsible Gambling

Borneo777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its Platform. Players who wish to self-exclude may contact our Customer Support team at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period. We will not send promotional communications to any player who has activated a self-exclusion.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Borneo777 or its content licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Borneo777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Borneo777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are not permitted, the foregoing limitations shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Borneo777 is registered, without reference to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating formal proceedings, all disputes must first be submitted to Borneo777's Customer Support team for internal resolution. Disputes must be raised within 14 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 28 days of receipt.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Borneo777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to affected players via the registered email address and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
